Adam ward then and now.

I’ve shot a few models in my day. Every once in a while I get to complete the cycle. I was one of Adam Ward’s first photographer. I did his first shoot. I’ve included images here from our first session when he was with his first agency. Back then he was new to being infront of the camera, but keen to learn and explore the industry. Fast forward 5 years with Ford Models as his agent, he’s been rockin’ out in editorials and photoshoots.

I thought it would be cool to share my first session with you all and put them up next to the session i did last week. great to see what 5 years does to a face. (with guys, i think we call it experience).

Here’s some words from Adam: “Working with Carty at the start of my career was a blessing. In that first shoot 5 years ago he broke things down and made it easy to be in front of a camera. Fast forward to last week, it was like hanging out with an old friend and a shoot just happened – with great results. Carty’s vision ‘then and now’ is inspiring. A great photographer and a great guy I hope to work with again before another 5 years pass by.”
